What's the heaviest safe you can move?
Up to 2000 lbs residential and commercial safes. For anything heavier, we can arrange specialized rigging with additional crew - just mention the weight when booking.
Do you move gun safes with firearms inside?
For safety and legal reasons, firearms should be removed and transported separately (per California firearm transport regulations). We’re happy to coordinate timing so you can move firearms yourself while we move the empty safe.
Can you move a safe up or down stairs?
Yes. Straight staircases, curved staircases, split-levels - our crews are trained for all common safe stair scenarios using stair-climbing hand trucks and multi-person rigging.
Are you insured for high-value safe contents?
Our standard cargo insurance covers the safe itself and typical contents. For high-value contents (over $10,000), we can add specific coverage - just mention this when booking.
Do you install safes at the new location?
We place the safe in your chosen spot. For bolting down or professional installation, we recommend the safe manufacturer or a licensed installer - we don’t perform anchor installations.
