Do you handle elevator reservations?
Yes. If your building requires elevator booking, we coordinate with management to reserve it for your window. Just give us building contact info when booking.
How long does an apartment move take?
Studio 3-4 hours, 1-bedroom 4-5 hours, 2-bedroom 5-7 hours. Add time for high floors without elevators or long walks to the truck.
Do you move walk-up apartments?
Yes - our crews are trained for walk-ups, including 3rd and 4th floor buildings. We use stair-safe hand trucks and multi-mover rigging for heavy items.
What about HOA move-in requirements?
We work within HOA move-in windows (weekday afternoons, specific weekend hours). Send us your HOA rules and we plan accordingly.
