When Brian needed a heavy item move for his 600 lb custom bar, our team stepped in to handle the challenge. We carefully maneuvered the massive piece through tight spaces, protected the doors and walls, and delivered it safely. As Brian said, “No way I could’ve moved it without these guys.”
Heavy Item Move - 600 lb Custom Bar Delivered Safely
Kyle from Ready-To-Go Movers recently handled a heavy item move in Ventura County, helping Brian relocate a single, extremely heavy custom-made bar weighing around 600 lb. This wasn’t a simple pickup and delivery - the real challenge was maneuvering a long, bulky piece through tight hallways without damaging walls, floors, or the bar itself.
Brian admitted there was no way he could have moved it on his own and was impressed by how professionally the crew managed every detail. To complete the heavy item move safely, the team carefully removed doors and made precise adjustments to ensure the bar fit through the space without a scratch.
What made this move different
Some jobs aren’t about “a full house.” Sometimes it’s one item that’s heavy, awkward, and hard to route through a home. That’s when experience matters most-because the smallest mistake can leave marks on the house or damage the piece.
What we did to make it work
- planned the path through the home before moving
- handled the bar carefully through tight spaces
- helped with doors / clearance so it could fit
- focused on getting it in safely, not just “fast”
What the customer said
Brian called it “tremendous” and said the crew was strong, smart, and went beyond a basic delivery. He also said he’d recommend Ready-To-Go Movers to anyone who needs help moving something difficult.
