It’s very easy. Give us a call to check availability and ask any question you have about your move. Then go to reservation tab on our website, read the terms and conditions very carefully, and fill all necessary information out. Thats it. You will receive a confirmation letter with all details of your move.
We are a fully licensed and insured company.
Our team will do everything to make your move as fast as possible. But you can help us to do it even faster. Please box up all loose stuff, have boxes ready in one spot, keep pets and kids out of the way.
Every second of the break is going to be deducted from the total time. You only pay for the time we work.
A tip is always appreciated but is not a requirement.

Basic Coverage Included, Insurance Options

By default, all licensed moving companies in the United States offer the same basic coverage – 60 cents per pound per damage per item. Moving companies are not insurance providers, and cannot provide insurance directly; therefore, we recommend personalized moving insurance from a third-party insurance provider for each and every move in the same way you might consider travel insurance, earthquake insurance, or auto insurance, for example. (It may already be included in your homeowners or renters insurance policy – please check with your provider). Although we take every care to protect your items, please be aware that moving is inherently risky, in that items will inevitably vibrate in the truck and minor breakages can occasionally occur. Even with diligent and careful handling, some items simply fail to withstand the normal stresses of moving.

High-Value Items: Items of special value such as cash, documents, jewelry are not covered by any clause within the moving contract, and are even excluded from the limited liability formula (60 cents per pound). These items should be transported separately.

For a long-distance move, we recommend booking our CA movers at least 2-4 weeks before the planned moving dates to get the best dates and time. Call no less 1-2 weeks before your preferred moving date if you’re moving locally.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your moving date, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to get you rebooked to another convenient time.
Yes, our moving helpers in CA provide furniture disassembly/reassembly services to move it safely. Just make sure to mention you need the services to the sales beforehand.
We don’t move plants, toxic substances, explosives, fire extinguishers, etc. Contact your moving coordinator or us, and we’ll give you the full list of prohibited items. You can also get a consultation on why we don’t move the mentioned items and get advice on how to transport them.
